Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions if the service has not been substantially used. Contact support to request a refund.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain all rights to the video content you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and modify the content through our platform.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to process content that violates third-party rights, including copyright and privacy rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the small claims courts of our jurisdiction.
